Great time saving easy to use app

Pros:

So easy to use with direct imports and all done in real time,the back up is almost instant and it's being constantly updated.a swipe here and a tap there and the day work is all sorted!

Cons:

The colour scheme is a bit pink! And the mapping in the remote rural areas some times gets a bit funky but I think that's the phone signal more than an app issue!

Love the app and support is awesome!

Pros:

Like how everything can be done from the app no need to go to the computer and the support is excellent. Can't wait for it to be able to send stripe links from the text as that is how I communicate with my customers

Cons:

Would like it to do the rota from date job actually done and not when scheduled. Sometimes I find it difficult to put in a new customer it just gives me the option to quote

Thank you Tim, we have added the ability to be able to choose your default setting when a job is completed on a different day to be an option for users onto our backlog of features to be released in the future. If you could provide us with further information about the issue with adding a new customer that would be great as no-one else has reported this and here we can see the two options, to add a job or add a quote for a new customer. It could be awesome

Comments: Until I'm completely happy, I'm undecided as to whether I'll stick with Squeegee or revert to Cleaner Planner.

Pros:

Ease of use, flexibility to use on different devices, invoicing, reminders.

Cons:

Quotes are rubbish, I don't even bother. It makes you look stupid to the customer. I've lost several jobs now purely on the lack of detail on the quote. It's a world apart from a professional quote. The ability to add daily quick notes rather than appointments or allocated jobs. A simple post it note functionality or similar would be hugely beneficial. We have have busy lives and forget things. Cleaner Planner has this option as default.

Very useful app

Comments: Organization speed away have my work no lost papers

Pros:

This app help my husband and I keep organized with what needs done and when. We one a small cleaning company and we clean vacation rentals on the OBX. We are able to have all our jobs and what needs done at each location in the palm of our hand. It even will give u GPS to guide u to every house.

Cons:

Only thing that I would improve would be the ability to assign the jobs to the crews. And allow more than 1 device connected at the same time.

Definitely best app for Window Cleaning

Pros:

Easy to see what jobs that you have coming up, Easy to move customer around, and the note function is useful to what else on the job may need doing next time.

Cons:

There nothing really to dislike about the software. If there any problem you contact the admin team and then they fix it and answer any questions.
