We have a large range of equipment with many different bookings, hire dates, deliveries and collections to manage, and Booqable gives us one place to keep everything organised. The inventory management and availability features are particularly useful, as we can quickly see what is available for specific dates and avoid double bookings. We also love being able to manage bookings, invoices, payments and customer information all in the one system. It is easy for our staff to use and has grown with our business. > > **Cons**: There are still a few areas where we would love to see more flexibility and customisation, particularly for businesses like ours that have more complicated delivery and collection requirements. Some bookings require different delivery locations, collection locations or different collection dates for individual items, so occasionally we need to manually work around this.
