Trades and give away are cumbersome. 
Qccidently scheduling shifts when I click on a day in the “schedule.”

> **Pros**: First of all according to the setup team my company was the most complicated one they have set up, ever. So kudos because I think it was super easy and user friendly from the start, not to mention it was not a program that our \[sensitive content hidden\] looked at and had sticker shock so that's a plus\! The day to day operations run extremely well the  monthly loading of schedules is super fast and easy the longest part is making my spreadsheets to upload but I have to make them either way so it doesn't really matter. I LOVE that nurses can keep track of their multiple licenses and when they are due as well that is like a major handy little personal reminder system\!

> **Cons**: My only 2 cons are the BIGGEST they took away the Manager App for your phone so instead of the ease of changing the schedule being right there in the app at your fingertips after hours, you now have to use your browser to log in or get on your laptop and log in which in the grand scheme of things isn't a huge amount of time but I am often in my car when this happens so having the Managers App back would be super helpful.  My only other cons is weirdly some older I-phone and Androids the functionality is a little hinky I have really only had issues with about 3 employees so overall not too big of an issue those folks just have to use their computer as back up.

> Overall Nursegrid is easy to use both as an administrator and a user, the ease of scheduling is great, the price point is where most companies would want it to be for its intended purpose.
