Best software for Scheduling
Comments: Totally satisfied. Simple to learn and use. Straight forward design and shading coded for usability.
Pros:
Best scheduling tool, it can possibly smooth out between every day occupations, bookkeeping and finance functionalities whenever they have been connected effectively.
Cons:
I am happy with this software performance so no cons for me.

Time and Money Saver!
Comments: We have been with Traffio for just over 2 years now, and it has improved immensely! The forms are a game changer for Traffio. Prior to having those, it was only really useful for allocating staff to jobs. The fact that now we have gone 99% paperless thanks to Traffio, that is not only saving us money in printing but it is also making compliance so much easier as it means we can just jump in to the admin side and view completed forms.
Pros:
Traffio allows me to save approximately 10hrs per week in Payroll & Invoicing alone! I love the ease of use of the software, and how it supports our business in many facets. The fact that it will allow you to allocate someone who is not qualified, but makes sure that you are aware of what you are doing, this is outstanding! Sometimes it is just a case of someone hasn't entered the qualification and you don't have the time to add it in, you just need them on the job NOW!
Cons:
At the moment, there are a few things that it is lacking but we know are in the works. The biggest con would be the fact that the end users (TC's) cannot enter their own qualifications and/or availability. These activities must still be done by a scheduler or administative staff member.
Accounts Officer
Comments: Has allowed us to go well beyond just implementing a job booking and resource allocation system. It has been something of a transformational change for our business.
Pros:
Ease of access & navigation, range of inter-connected functions & technologies incl mobile app, electronic dockets & forms, ability to interface with our accounting software inclusive of supporting dockets, use of links to more supporting documentation in job booking & dockets that are emailed to end clients, ability to export data to excel, etc. Potential on-going development promises improvements and added functions & features to assist our business deliver better services to end clients.
Cons:
Long wait for our payroll interface build. No ability to export forms data to excel for reporting & analysis. I would like to see some future development of limited access for "end clients" for enquiry and maybe entry of bookings or even an import capability to minimise our staff having to manually enter or copy/paste details from emails or spreadsheets or other PDF's. Also more dashboard features.

Continuous Inprovement
Comments: I’ve had a positive experience with Traffio overall. I have had a number of staff come on board and learn the system quickly, which is a big plus for our non stop business
Pros:
Much like the business we run, traffio has been flexible in continuing improvement and finding solutions to better manage a large workforce and fleet. The invoicing and forms features have been a valuable asset for covering more ground for mandatory company requirements
Cons:
The product can be somewhat restrictive at times, given that it is a one size fits all type program. The export feature is good, however, can still find occasions where exports or reports just don’t provide the required information.

Comments: Very satisfied
Pros:
Very easy to use, many hidden features that once explored give a wealth of data and statistics.
Cons:
More reporting needed, ability to customise reports. Need to be able to generate amount invoiced per client etc reports. Need to be able to view payroll expenses and not just hours.
Solicited feedback
Comments:
The Feedback Function and it support => recent problem resolutions are take several weeks to resolve and often follow-up is required to your Support Team. Need to be pro-active and resolve matters quicker or at least pick-up the phone to make contact. Support requests need to be returned with a support number so at least when follow-up is required, there's a relating number to be referred.
To this end, I still have an outstanding functional change request from 26March20; no follow-up has been received.....
Message:
Is is possible to add the 'Booking Tag' at the client level? .... i use this at the individual view level for my bookings, but it requires the notation for each booking. At the client, a PM's name can be added for all bookings and be automatically appended

Ease of use, ability to append external files (drag & drop) and minor customisations
Cons:
- Needs a screenshot tool to append information - The apps feedback function - needs the ability to attach screenshots/images when describing the matter. The current functionality is limited to words, where often images/picture paint an easier medium to describe the issue.

After care reporting needs to be added as dose 50km zone for invoicing

Comments: Awesome product and customer service is excellent and always updating the system with improvements recommended by users.
Pros:
The ease in which you can enter required information, the flexibility to use the system in the field when required has made a huge difference to the way i can manage the business remotely The best move we ever made for time management.
Cons:
The interface with iPhone could be improved if possible as the people and vehicle selection screen is to big and covers the planned works area to much.

Rostering tough going integration with MYOB
Cons:
one on one training would be beneficial

Easy to use, very straight forward.
Pros:
Everything you need in your business, all in one program. The booking feature is awesome as well as the messaging for all employers. The vehicle count and registry is also handy to keep tabs on servicing and rego.
Cons:
When sending out booking messages it displays different numbers/unknown but when sending individual/bulk messages to employers the number displays as the business name. Some requirements for bookings are non relevant.

I have been using Traffio for 7 months now, I really love that the program is easy to use.
Comments: Great program that is fast and easy to use. Save time with the ability to copy bookings and make changes. The program allows text message communication that large group messages can be sent out to all employees.
Pros:
The flexibility of cloning a job to the next day. The support crew is great, Answered all my questions while following along with what i was doing.
Cons:
Fixing a few issues with reports, but constantly being updated with the fixes of this. Unsure when messages are sent when changing details in a locked booking

Comments: this system is exciting to use as it has potential to stream line between daily jobs, accounting & payroll functionalities; once they have been linked correctly.
Pros:
we find Traffio a multi functional program. We are still in the early days and require more support with adjusting and conforming the program to suite our needs.
Cons:
the Payroll function is taking a bit longer to sort out due to the nature of our business, so it requires many quirky solutions to enable it to process correctly

Good Software that is still being developed
Comments: As mentioned, easy to use and easy to learn. Straight forward layout and colour coded for ease of use.
Pros:
Ease of use and visually easy to navigate. Specifically built for Traffic Management Industry
Cons:
Still young and under development so isn't a perfect fit for differently operating companies, however the tech support team is active in trying to meet your needs

being able to see what resources are available at anytime. provided that its keep up to date. plus the ability to check or mark people skills depending on the job being completed. I highly recommend the use of the maintenance for vehicles and the holiday function for staff.
Cons:
not linking it to google maps. this would make things easier when sending crews to remote locations. app version would be useful when using this on ipad. when updates are completed can the list that shows up at log in please be limited.
