> **Pros**: Its ability to create new workouts based off of user preferences, strengths, and comfort levels.  Its ability to assign weight progression automatically. Videos and equipment numbering help new users navigate their workouts.

> **Cons**: Minimum requirements to use a strength machine, some of our older population are comfortable doing 10 lbs on the chest press. AT will not allow this because of its safety features and restrictions.  App development has come a long way and is just getting more user friendly. Not able to create custom movements and have them show on the app. Free form text will show on printed workouts only. Customer service is quick to respond and in the end works out but not always smooth or shared responsibility, it is always your fault and you are strongly lead to believe it.
