> **Pros**: The UI for Flowlu is quite good, in that you can navigate quite easily / it only takes a few clicks to get between everything. There's a lot of different features, so it'll cater to small and larger businesses.

> **Cons**: I found that without updated guides (all of the guides at the time were from before they did a UI overhaul), it was too complicated for me to figure out how to use for my simple use case. There's a good Facebook group with an active community, and they tried to help, and I even reached out to support who tried to help, but I just couldn't wrap my head around everything. I think that's more of a me problem than a Flowlu problem, though.
