> **Pros**: I like that it makes the integration with Outlook integration easy, and it can also be integrated with other well-known platforms like Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc. I can manage multiple work items, comment on them, modify and search directly in the app. Their filtering system made my work more effective.

> **Cons**: I did face some difficulty in connecting with different platforms like Asana. But, after searching on some online communities, I was able to set it up.
> 
> Overall experience was okay, but not so smooth. But, it works fine once the setup is complete.

> Overall, quality vs price, i would use it on a regular basis if it was free, however after my free trial ended, I stopped using it.
