It allows you programme management team to have one consistent view across multiple streams of the implementation identifying hotspots or issues that may arise during an event. The tool provides real-time reporting and updates as you're event progresses. Re-usable runbooks allow you to dress rehearse your event and make updates as you go along to ensuring refined implementations. Various roles available in the tool allowing for construction, management, viewing and execution of an event. These include a 15 day cutover of a human resources upgrade for a major bank which ran multiple shift patterns 24/7. There were in excess of 200 technical and business resources online across a variety of countries and time zones.
