> **Pros**: Easy-to-use all-in-one software and service solution for our hotel. Makes it really easy for our staff to engage and use the software. The website design is free and is awesome--we drive alot of direct bookings.

The PMS is easy to use and whenever there are issues their customer support is very helpful.  Ever since we have signed up with INNsight, our ROI has gone up, customer satisfaction has gone up and the property is just run more optimally.

There are really no all-in-one solutions like INNsight, so we are amazed by the stuff they launch--you just have to understand that it takes time.
