We use the OnePlace Mail Outlook add-in every day to manage uploading emails to SharePoint. The few times i've had to deal with support I have found them responsive and easy to deal with. The platform is also flexible and can be easily adapted to your environment. > > **Cons**: Some of the features in OnePlaceMail could be improved. The upload feature works very well but the ability to browse emails stored in SharePoint from within Outlook is not well implemented, rather than allowing you to browse using Outlook natively, it simply opens OnePlace within the Outlook window which reduces usability. Not a deal breaker by anymeans but could be a killer feature for us if implementation were better. We also at times experience a bug where the OnePlaceMail add-in stops working. This requires us to delete the OnePlaceMail config file for the Outlook add-in to work.
