Great product with exceptionally high levels of customer support. Highly recommended.
Pros:
Customer support - they have been consistently available and very patient. Functionality - streamlined our timesheet/paycycle/invoicing process Reporting - great, user friendly reports
Cons:
There have not been any downsides to FoundU's products or service as yet, keep up the good work guys.
Amazing payroll platform
Pros:
foundU is quick and easy to use. It makes the weekly pays a breeze. Rarely are there any issues, ad if there are the resource articles are so easy to follow and 9/10 times you can easily find what you need.
Cons:
Ability for the app to work on mobile devices when there is no phone service or Wi-Fi would be great. If the employees could still clock on and off and it sends the update when they have connection again would help out immensely. Also a security update is needed that stops the app on personal devices using the device time and date settings which could be wrong or easily changed by a dishonest employee.
Alternatives Considered: Deputy and NoahFace
Reasons for Switching to foundU: It had been previously used by staff and in a business recently purchased and bought into the group, so we decided to stick with what was working.
Great Overall HRIS System
Pros:
Ease of use, user friendly for onboarding staff.
Cons:
Reporting, search function is a bit clunky
10/10 Would recommend!
Comments: Greatly minimised time required for payroll processing. Also created a smoother flow of the rostering and shift approval process. Greatly added to the efficiency of management and finance processes. Support staff were also impeccable and greatly assisted in the set-up process.
Pros:
Intuitive design makes it easy to use and a breeze to integrate into an established workflow. It also allows for staff with widely varying levels of software proficiency to learn to use the program in no time.
Cons:
It would be useful to be able to view the shifts for a week all together on one page rather than only one day at a time in the approved shifts section.
Amazing
Pros:
This program is a complete software program for your Payroll & HR requirements. Very user friendly & time saving. The support team go above and beyond, they are always very helpful and happy to assist.
Cons:
To date I am unable think of anything that I am not satisfied with.
