The visual product at the end is clear and impactful. The product is easy for the end user to use. Customer support has been exceptionally good, with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of the product willing and able to change and adapt elements when required (e.g. to add our company logo, or to remove drawings that we didn't feel appropriate to our business market), or when we requested a customized report structure.
