Very good software for hosting Webinars or Presentations for larger audiance

Comments: This is a great software even for large organizations. We all love it.

Pros:

1. Our company uses GotoWebinar for hosting quarterly update calls and all hands meetings 2. It is a slick application that has useful features such as muting or unmuting all or few. 3. Attendees can virtually raise hands in the app by pressing a button when they are muted by organizer and when they want to speak. 4. Users can send private messages to one another or can send group messages or broadcast messages to everyone. 5. It has screen sharing and Video camera option too. 6. It has lot of toll free and local numbers from almost all of the countries to dial in 7. Phone app is equally great to dial in and has a calling ability as well. 8. No need of hosting this software in local premises. It is available as a software service.

Cons:

I have no complaints about this software.

GoToWebinar - almost as good as being in-person!

Comments: This has been a great tool to help with team engagement, information sharing, and keeping the collaboration going amongst employees. It's is so easy to set up a meeting and to control the attendees & flow during the webinar / video conferencing. It works very well and easy & intuitive to use. I would highly recommend for any company - regardless of size as the flexibility of the software will allow you to customize it to meet your exact needs.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to set up and host a meeting. It's very convenient and allows you to configure your screen any way you like (minimizing speakers or muting distractions). It does not seem to be a bandwidth hog and works well on pcs or mobile devices. It's really easy to share & record information for a future viewing or for on-demand needs.

Cons:

In these days of remote solutions, there is small learning curve to use this software and you have to download something the very first time users participate. This is only inconvenient if they wait until the very last minute and then get caught off-guard. It would be nice if when the meeting was scheduled it prompted users to go ahead and download the needed extensions / programs so they aren't delayed. After the first time, it is a non-issue.

Easy to use, but not great scalable

Comments: The platform is very straightforward and simple to use for running webinars. However, if you are looking for an option that is customizable with easy to glean analytics, this is not the right option.

Pros:

This is super easy to use. The on-demand webinars are easy to run. Simply record/load in your video and once the "live date" comes you do not need to do anything else. You can pre-set the follow up emails which is helpful as well. Registrations and attendees are tracked as well as view time.

Cons:

I wish the reports were comprehensive instead of needing to download multiple reports and patch together information in order to analyze. I also wish the follow up emails were more modern looking and customizable. The current are very outdated and automated looking.

Comments: Mostly it is used by our organization to receive information, however the times I have used it for presentations I have found it straightforward to organize information for presenting and easy to track and notify attendees.

Pros:

Go to Webinar is easy to use, especially if the software is already installed on your device. When you are having back-to-back meetings, you need the ability to log-in quickly, not wait several minutes for software to download. In a matter of seconds, the webinar is streaming on whatever device I am using. It was an easy add in to use for our business and a popular platform that our customers are comfortable using. Voice clarity is always good and you do not have to strain to hear the speakers. The ability to join with a url link is a definite plus as well.

Cons:

It would be helpful if there were more metrics used to gather participant data so you could sort the data by more categories (example: dates viewed). Often reminder emails end up in Spam rather than their inbox so they miss the webinar. There are lags with slow internet connections, however that is not necessarily Go to Webinar’s fault.

Hands Down the best Webinar Software

Comments: I have used GoTOWebinar many times over the years and have to say I have been very happy with the software and the customer support. In our current business world we need trustworthy software, easy to use software. Time is money and if you are wasting time with trying to use software you will lose business. Using GOToWebinar will save you time and money.

Pros:

The ease of being able to use this. The fact that it has simple instructions, not cumbersome. The software does all the work. Everything you need to conduct a webinar or attend a webinar is built in. You can also use desktop applications within Go to Webinar, if you need a spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation you can add this in. I especially like when you are not in your office you can use the mobile app.

Cons:

Sometimes the pre-registration process doesn't go as planned
