Video Interview? One spot solution...
Comments: We have been using Sonru for almost 4 months now, but the we are able to utilize it in the best way during this lockdown situation and we cannot conduct in-person interviews. Our interview panel and functional managers are able to analyze the candidate in a better way rather than a telephonic interview.
Pros:
The feature I like the most about Sonru is the customization of time duration of both - the interview question and it's answer. You can set the Manual time limit for both. Plus after every customized interview, it gives another 2 minutes of free speech to the candidate. You can add multiple viewers (all members of the interview panel) to the interview session.
Cons:
The only thing that needs improvement is the placement and positioning of the controls and options. This software has lovely features however the GUI needs to be a little more user friendly.
great way to interview candidates
Comments: easy to assess candidates, saves time on those who don't qualify based on language for example
Pros:
it's a great tool if you need to hire people who nedd to talk in their job (such as sales) as you can qualify them straight away (language skills, being at ease while talking to the screen adds up some anxiety too). most of the candidates really loved it as they thought it was an innovative tool. it's easy to set up. you can use templates, you can integrate it with your ATS which makes it even simpler.
Cons:
some candidates do not like this way interviewing however, though it's not the con of the software.
Worst online Job Interviewing platform

Cons:
I had a job interview yesterday for a customer service role at DHL. And this is the worst software ever. For 2 hours I couldn't get to load my Interview, it was stuck at "Loading" the whole time. And because of this bad and buggy software, I have lost the opportunity to work at the company. There were 2 hours before the deadline and Sonru didn't have a live chat so I had to write an email which came 4 hours later. And the response wasn't helpful either.

A great addition to our recruitment function
Comments: We really like this tool. A great addition to our recruitment function. We're able to see candidates prior to the interview stage, and this saves us precious time.
Pros:
Simple to use for candidates, videos can be customised to your brand.
Cons:
Integrations take a while, users have to share logins to be able to see video interviews that need to be shared across the team
