SetTags for Oil and Gas Consultant Company
Tracking the latest files across multiple computers is probably the most important.
I also like it for a quick preview of files like scanned documents and movies that I need to look at for identification
So far all is going well, I have managed to teach our company to use SetTags even though some of us are a bit temperamental when mastering new IT
Very robust software, easy to recover from blunders made by inexperienced users.
Tags can be used by companies we deal with even if they do not own the SetTags.
Simple to use, very similar to Windows functions. Runs on a range of operating systems without modification.
Useful to control files across workgroups.
There is actually a manual to read as well as help. The author is also very helpful and responds to queries
Cons: I would like more Overview information, manual is very thorough but I suspect there are some useful features I have not found yet.
