Since the first day, Diamond Mind's customer support has been unparalleled. When we need something, they immediately respond and even follow up multiple times to make sure the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction. As well, the features they offer are amazing. Previously, our customers had to print out paper forms, fill them out by hand, and mail them in. Now, everything is done through online forms. This is faster, easier, more environmentally friendly, and allows us to export the form data into Excel for easy reporting purposes.
