> **Pros**: ElvaDMS is a seamless user friendly all in one ERP solution built-in to Microsoft Dynamics. We found it easy to use, simple and not as cluttered/complex like other solutions.  ElvaDMS also offers a cloud based service, which is a plus if you want to minimize the burdens of running on-premise.
> 
> **Cons**: The cloud option has its limitations unless you spend more to upgrade the cloud service plan. The basic cloud option will not provide you with the flexibility to leverage inhouse development and push customizations, as you do not have full access to the server due to shared resources.
