I specifically discussed Solution Reach's reputation for pulling this exact tactic--guess what? They pulled it on us as well. I highly recommend you consider other options. They did not honor his assurances. His Contacts Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], dismissed my experience with the company and basically told me tough luck. In my experience and in my opinion, this is not a reputable company to contract with. if they treat medical doctors this way, don't expect to be treated any better.
