> **Pros**: I searched for years for a tool, like Gaggle that kept the traditional email interface of list serves for members who are professionals and are on email all the time and do not want a separate app, while also providing a browser based interface that could archive past documents and make them accessible for new members as well as provide an option for members who do not want to interact with other members in their email. In short, it is something like the cross between an email a serve and a traditional online forum that is perfect for associations where engagement with apps is extremely challenging. The AI summarization feature is a recent welcome addition as well.

after logging a formal complsint , received a following response from a person:
"I don't think Gaggle Mail is a good fit for what you need. If you want to send an email newsletter, maybe try Mail Chimp or Email Octopus."
