> **Pros**: The best part of this software is that I can view our clients project and see what payment has been made by the loan company.

> **Cons**: I'm not finding it to be super user friendly. I'm not sure if it's the softwares fault, or the loan company's lack of entering the information they are supposed to.

> I am a new user of this software and so far I have not been overly impressed with it.  Perhaps the more I familiarize myself with it I will find more value in using it.  Our company has had to use it to receive payment for a construction loan that one of our clients took out for their project.  It seems like a hassle on our end.

> **Pros**: app is very user friendly, pictures generally easy to take and zoom function available. % of completion is easy to input. Positive feedback from builders and timeliness of inspection completion.

> **Cons**: camera has no "brightness" function; difficult to use when sun is low in the sky. Would love a map function that shows all current/daily scheduled inspections for route planning.

> **Cons**: money got lost. still hasn't been tracked down. once a payment is authorized, takes 5 days for money to land in payee's account, built did the technical setup of our account incorrectly.

> We're canceling payments, but keeping the bridge and keeping waivers. The waivers tool is very helpful.

> Built is amazing.  Having used a few other apps / web based inspection reporting software, Built is hands down the best.  Their customer service is top notch\!
