Zoho Social is by far the best Social Media management application I have ever used. Been using it for year to manage brands and now managing personal brand and I can see the growth. Y'all try it out and let me know what y'all think.

Nothing Really, I have used this platform for so long I have found it very easy to use.

A Game changer for running multiple brands under one account

Simple, Fast and Intuitive - it was great to be able to use the app as well as desktop version.

Zoho Social ... lots of things to know, work upon, and most sadly, improve
Comments: I was in a team of trainee consultants form TCS iON to a well-know R&D firm. They wanted to install their own highly adaptable team management and social media synchronicity platform. And our cumulative experience was not very good, especially regarding synchronization of BI/AI capabilities.
Pros:
1. Zoho is an international brand with a fair reputation. 2. Online customer support available almost globally, without much network glitches / response downtime 3. Zoho appears to be particularly helpful for work groups that are occupied with research and development.
Cons:
1. No significant database analytics or social network analytics so that business intelligence (BI) capabilities could be improve. 2. No real time monitoring options that work well. 3. Not very exhaustive synchronization available with other social media platforms, even with the ones like FB
