> **Pros**: Easy set up, but even better the support. I've got several replies within 24 hours (we are in a different time zone). ForwardMX provides features that other services don't, like relay messages, multiple receivers (more than 10 or more than 250 characters), or login possibility (others are just sending a unique link).

> **Cons**: It is not possible (yet) to add multiple users to an account. That would be a helpful feature\!

> We really needed a forward email service. Forward MX is affordable, doing just the task it is designed for. I haven't got any experience with the time it takes to forward, but we will see how that works.

> We've used ForwardMX for a couple years now. Originally we used email forwarding option that cam with Google Domains, but as we migrated more and more domains from Google to Cloudflare we had to find a replacement for the mail forwarding service. This is very easy to setup and use.
