> **Pros**: I like that the database is reasonably flexible and it allows endless tags so I can selectively group customers to ensure I can send them the right advertising. &#10;It provides all correspondence between staff members and the client so we can all save time knowing where we are at.

> **Cons**: 1) I'd really like if our Australian accounting product, MYOB, could be linked. &#10;2) I have a current issue were an existing  client has sent a request via the portal and even though they are using the same email address, CRM has created a new profile instead of adding the message to their current profile. When I attempted to delete the NEW profile, CRM deleted BOTH profiles. I don't know how this happened and am going to have a fiddle to see what is going on. I will call tech support if necessary.

> Overall, it saves me a lot of time and provides the framework to ensure we are able to keep highly detailed notes on every client because we ABSOLUTELY have to know them even if they have been dealing with a different staff member to this point.
