It provides all correspondence between staff members and the client so we can all save time knowing where we are at. > > **Cons**: 1) I'd really like if our Australian accounting product, MYOB, could be linked. 2) I have a current issue were an existing client has sent a request via the portal and even though they are using the same email address, CRM has created a new profile instead of adding the message to their current profile. When I attempted to delete the NEW profile, CRM deleted BOTH profiles. I don't know how this happened and am going to have a fiddle to see what is going on.
