Employees can clock in and out using their phones, and managers can quickly review timesheets, overtime and attendance records. User access and team permissions are straightforward, and the system provides good value for money compared with more complicated workforce management platforms. > > **Cons**: Some settings, particularly overnight shifts, timesheet splitting, location tracking and overtime rules, can be confusing when first setting up the system. Notifications could also be more customisable, especially for missed clock-outs, employees clocking in away from the job site and unapproved overtime. > > Overall, our experience with Jibble has been positive. It has improved how we manage employee hours across different work sites and reduced the need for manual timesheets.
