Great Software
Comments: Great. The support team is always at hand to help us achieve what we are looking. They constantly come up with new and innovative ways for us to check the market and be price competitive. Highly recommend.
Pros:
Really good in the automation of pricing rules and checking price competitiveness in the market. Has helped us enormously increase sales and profitability.
Cons:
UI sometimes could do with an update however, Blackcurve are proactive on updating and making changes which have a positive impact on the user.
Gives back your precious time
Comments: The onboarding was straight forward and we were soon live. It has freed up a lot of time previously spent manually repricing products that had to be looked at daily to stay ahead.
Pros:
The software can handle complex pricing rules, by brand, category, product and competitor. Anything it can't handle out of the box the BlackCurve team are on hand to make sure it works the way you need it to.
Cons:
Can take a little getting used to the rules and navigation, a small learning curve to BlackCurve.
Taking the guess work out of pricing
Comments: Very pleasant, honestly wasn't the first company i tried in my search of simple and effective price automation, but definitely glad i did stumble across them. Managing a large catlog of items pricewise can be a pain and i was finding myself stuck in a rather infuriating loop. The ability to predefine rules, to be actioned when certain criteria is met has freed up our time to be better focused on other aspects of ecommerce, while also increasing sales has been a great addition to our company.
Pros:
Freeing up time and resources to focus on other aspects of the business, having the ability to manage a large catalog of prices on pre defined rules via automation.
Cons:
Wouldnt class it as a massive con, but the UI of the program portal was slightly confusing to navigate at the outset, however all problems were addressed with a call, and bearing in mind the company is still relatively young i have no doubt that everything will become simpler as they move along.
