> **Pros**: The SPS commerce platform is easy to navigate and utilize for business users. Fulfillment monitor is where I spend most of my time and it is easily searchable. Having SPS onboard our vendors frees up a lot of time and resources on our side. Our account team at SPS is very friendly.

> **Cons**: There seems to be a huge knowledge gap between teammates from SPS Commerce and DMEDI. We utilize both programs and it's nearly impossible to get someone from DMEDI to assist when we have an issue. I can't utilize the support chat for DMEDI issues because they don't even have logins to the program.

> The account team I work with is very nice and I appreciate their partnership. However, it seems as if something is not revenue generating for SPS, the requests are not prioritized. The lack of communication between DMEDI and SPS is very frustrating even though it is the same company.
