They have a significant feature set which led us to chose Leanplum as a provider over others that were more restricted in their feature set. A/B testing in Leanplum was particularly good and that also was a big influence in our decision given the amount of testing we needed to do at that stage. > > **Cons**: Leanplum UI/UX was not user friendly and it was regularly an issue as an early stage company without a dedicated resource to power the tool. In reality, with Leanplum, you must have a sophisticated marketing team that has the maturity with dedicated resources to ensure you get the most from the platform.
