Their reason? I’m unwilling to pay them 2 months at once, including charges they cannot justify and that are currently in dispute. The first support email I got came only after posting my review of their terrible customer service. This 5-day unethical lockout has meant I have: • Lost access to my intellectual property • Been unable to process client business through the platform • Lost valuable time and opportunities Kajabi’s refusal to restore access while this dispute is ongoing is causing direct financial harm. Their lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. To any entrepreneur, avoid at all costs.
