It combines strong people science with really practical tools, so you can understand what’s driving engagement and then support leaders to take action. I also think the focus on manager enablement is a big plus. It gives managers clear insights and simple next steps, which makes it easier to turn feedback into real change. From a P\&C perspective, it’s a nice balance of strategic insights and practical application. I also LOVE the chatbot - one of the best ones I have used. > > **Cons**: One limitation is that it doesn’t support a structured probation review cycle. For organisations that rely on formalised probation check-ins or documented milestones, it means you need to build workarounds or manage it outside the platform, which adds a bit of complexity.
