It combines strong people science with really practical tools, so you can understand what’s driving engagement and then support leaders to take action. I also think the focus on manager enablement is a big plus. It gives managers clear insights and simple next steps, which makes it easier to turn feedback into real change. From a P\&C perspective, it’s a nice balance of strategic insights and practical application. I also LOVE the chatbot - one of the best ones I have used. > > **Cons**: One limitation is that it doesn’t support a structured probation review cycle. For organisations that rely on formalised probation check-ins or documented milestones, it means you need to build workarounds or manage it outside the platform, which adds a bit of complexity. We've been happy with the tool after running one large company-wide survey and a couple of smaller ones. Their integration with Rippling is a joke and leads to terrible data and duplicative profiles. Very buggy -- when you run performance cycles the UX is different for self reflection vs performance. It means you have to manually update and edit everything. Also, they don't have on demand customer service -- just the chat bot, so if you need anything more complex.. like talent grids or ways to review calibration modules, you have to contact your CS team and in our experience their solutions are super limited. Mostly they tell you to just download the CSV and then manually create reporting or detailed info outside of the system.
