> **Pros**: I liked that I only needed to invite the associate members. Each member is in charge over their property information. I uploaded a CSV file with 800 names and CHOPAS sent out all the invites.
I liked the customizable Forms for managing elevator and guest requests.
The Amenities booking feature is really good. We have a lot of tennis courts and they are now reserved in the portal.
I like the File Management function for the Board of Directors documents etc.

> **Cons**: The system forces one Master Administrator. It puts me in charge of everything. Yes, I could let go and assign others "admin privileges" but I can't get anybody to pickup the ball.
There is no app (NOT that it matters).
There is no api integration.

> It has been pretty good for most owners in my HOA. The board of directors uses it for schedule the meetings and posting agendas. The homeowners use it to report problems and book tennis courts. I work with our roofers and landscapers sharing photos and quotes. The calendar is used schedule vendors for repairs. I created a checklist for "community walkaround" to inspect the property for potential problems.
