> **Pros**: recurring jobs&#10;sms to client&#10;crm  forms&#10;full system app on iphone for managers

> **Cons**: forms dont work and are now a separate fee??&#10;costly per user when half of my staff only work a few hours a week&#10;Price increases are arbitrary and not negotiated - discount "disappreared"&#10;they change reports and things we need go missing eg gps corordinates taken off the timesheet report &#10;very slow to load - have to have nothing else running&#10;The Load More Option bottom of the screen is very annoying&#10;clients (180) all sent 50-100 text messages one Sunday morning - I lost actual clients over this&#10;Users - each time you add a new user you get charged even if you have deactivated one prior - then wrangling for a refund.   &#10;help desk - they guys try really hard but without a phone interface its really difficult to explain each bug to them, time consuming&#10;Xero interface - creates errors in GST&#10;Payrix inferface - gavre up on this too as it was expensive and could not "see credits" or "discounts" and messed with the actual Xero accounting credibility.&#10;Historial lack of accuracy - as we have to keep using "seats "over and over, If i look back to a job two years ago it will show the staff member today holding that seat.

> **Pros**: FieldPulse is very user friendly, good access for the whole team to be able to see what is happening day to day, and all users to be able to add comments to keep the team updated. Fieldpulse support is also very accessible and helpful.

> **Cons**: With a reshuffle of our company staff members, the contract is not able to be changed/modified until the expiry of the current one. If you're not looking to add/delete more users through the duration you won't have any issues.
> 
> Overall the experience has been a positive one and we will continue to use FieldPulse moving forward.
