Comments: It is a great and modern way to help a company to manage and recruit employees onsite and online.

Pros:

I love how us employees can simply make schedules and track time. It also helps companies on thier payrolls and recruiting.

Cons:

It has a little problem on first time logging in on this software. I hope they have a solution for that.

Its a total scam and not worth it

Comments: terrible- it is very hard to see the schedule and use and for the minimal function a small company needs it is very expensive and we have never been a priority with the company at all- they don't care about the little guy

Pros:

If you had a large company it might be useful to you but unless you use all the features it is a waste of money.

Cons:

It is very expensive. The support is terrible and takes a week to do anything. If you sign up and want to cancel 2 months later you still have to pay for the entire year. it is a scan to make money

Comments: I find the app easy to use for administrative and the employees find it easy to use for employment information.

Pros:

The schedule building part. So easy to make a schedule for over 30 people! The copy from a past week is a great time saver. We also use the timeclock. Very easy to correct those who forget to clock in or out. Also can tell by the dashboard who hasn't clocked in or isn't here.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. We have had it for quite awhile now.

Homebase is indispensable

It does way more than advertised. Love the scheduling (both staff and events). Love the communication facility. Love the timesheets and tracking!!

Hmmm. It’s not free? Seriously, I have not identified any material, enduring issues.

Comments: Overall would absolutely recommend, even if you just utilize the scheduling aspect. As an established business I had pretty much everything except the scheduling portion covered. (I was using paper schedules - oh the headaches!)

Pros:

Ease of use for both me, scheduling and staff utilizing. Even the ones that are not "tech savvy". The lack of headaches with staff wanting to switch shifts is taken out of my responsibility pile and placed firmly in the app. My absolute favorite new tool of the year!

Cons:

As I do not utilize anything other than the scheduling aspect and that portion is a free service, there is nothing to b1tch about. :)

Everyone loves Homebase

Pros:

User friendly, highly functional, efficient and effective mobile platform, great customer service! I've never had an HR or work app that employees and management unequivocally love ... but Homebase hits the mark for everyone!

Cons:

Homebase costs us more overall than any other products we've used but it's worth the money. The "time off" tracking functionality is really basic and not as robust as I wish it was.

Pros:

i've been using homebase for at least 10 years, and it is the very best. it's so very user-friendly, and the features are top-notch. i'm a huge fan.

Cons:

there's nothing i dislike about homebase, and if i did, they listen to their clients and add/improve features regularly.

Great time-keeping and clockin system for a start-up

Comments: Overall it was great, i liked clocking in and out and found the system to be efficient and useful. I wish the time-off and holiday were on the free plan too. I think that would make more people want to sign up. Other than that I enjoyed it for two years. I would highly recommend this even if your new.

Pros:

If your new to the whole productivity/time-keeping area then homebase is great starting point. It has some great features which as a startup i have used, such as building my own rota for the month and scheduling timeoff. also it comes with a free plan so you can make most of it before paying into a monthly subscription.

Cons:

I would like some of the paid features to be free hence why i left and cancelled the account. Other than that if it had those i would have stayed.

Comments: My overall experience with Homebase is a 10/10. I would recommended Homebase to any business.

Pros:

The ease and simplicity of using Homebases features is what makes it a phenomenal product for our company. It's excellent solution for our company because of all the features it offers. Homebase is a part of our daily operations, not just for its timeclock functionality, but we use homebase to communicate as a team.

Cons:

The only thing that I do not like about Homebase is when a new hire already has a profile with a previous company that uses Homebase.
