Customer support has also been excellent. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions or needed guidance through the setup process. Having that level of support during such a significant transition has made a real difference. I'm also finding the platform intuitive and easy to navigate. There is plenty of functionality behind it, but the day-to-day tools are logical and user-friendly, which has made getting familiar with the system much easier than expected.
