> **Pros**: Once set up and with appropriate monitoring in place, it is a solid product. The support from both Open Seas and Software Pursuits has been excellent.

> **Cons**: The initial setup was quite involved and complicated. However, with help from Open Seas, we got the configuration that we needed before too long.
> 
> SureSync replaced Windows DFS to synchronise data between servers in 5 separate sites. The granularity, real-time and log views of individual actions meant that SureSync was a huge step up from DFS in terms of manageability and tunability. The product development over the years has ensured that SureSync has become ever more reliable.
