> **Pros**: I like that this software was pretty much the first of its kind. Introduced well before Covid, it was great for collaborating and sharing ideas across multiple teams. The interface was fairly easy to use.

> **Cons**: I don't think the software evolved quick enough compared to competition. Brands showed up later, with better features.

> I liked it for the few years I used it. I was an ambassador for Batterii at the brand I worked for, trying to get other creatives to use it. I enjoyed it from 2015-2017, but then Miro took it's place.

> **Pros**: The main thing I liked is to be able to assign research tasks or activities to partners and customers. This was a great way to gather information from field research and customer visits.

> **Cons**: The interface and experience is clunky. Copy and paste takes way too long and navigating using the little navigator at the bottom was not ideal. I wanted to scroll around using pan and zoom with my mouse or track pad. Everything just felt slow and restrictive compared to services like Miro.

> We are using it for brainstorming but currently evaluating dropping the service due to lack of additional features and improvements that seem basic.
