There is no alert for this and the message failures were not due to anything that I did incorrectly. When asking for a credit for these failures, I was offered an amount much lower than I was willing to accept. I lost thousands in sales not realizing messages did not go through. When I attempted to close the account, I was told there would be a $600 early termination fee. I signed up over 2 years prior, but the contract auto-renews without notice or any approval required.
