> **Pros**: Very strong UK offering. The Benefex platform is great for annual employee benefit elections or use as an Intranet showing 'benefits only' information pages without selection. I like that you have choice of which, or both, as employers may not be able to sign up for the full programme. 
Benefex also offer consultancy.
Non-UK pages are becoming stronger.

> **Pros**: Über Benify schaffen wir es unseren Mitarbeitern alle Benefits und Addons, die wir als Unternehmen bieten auf einen Blick zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zudem kann auch das komplette Gehaltspaket abgebildet werden, was einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Mitarbeiter schafft. Zudem kann Benify auch mobil genutzt werden, so hat man all seine Gehaltsbestandteile und Benefits immer greifbar und präsent.

> **Cons**: Die Einführung des Tool hat einige Vorbereitungs- und Abstimmungszeit in Anspruch genommen, da alle Gehaltsbestandteile und Benefits zusammengetragen werden müssen. Teilweise mussten interne Prozesse etwas angepasst werden. Nach der Eiführung läuft das Tool reibungslos und wir sind sehr zufrieden.

> Benify ist ein wunderbares Tool um alle Gehaltsrelevanten Bestandteile, Benefits und noch vieles mehr (zum Beispiel Urlaubstage etc.) für alle Mitarbeiter übersichtlich und an einem Ort darzustellen. Der mobile Zugriff  macht es den Mitarbeitern zusätzlich leicht das Tool zu nutzen und viele, für die Mitarbeitenden relevanten, Prozesse können direkt über das Tool gesteuert werden.
