Automation features are good, templating is reasonable but a bit buggy sometimes. Customer support has been very helpful when you can get to a human, but you often have to go through useless AI bots to get there.

This means that use of the software can be a bit half hearted by your company if only some people are allowed seats. The ability to track resources, time and budget is pretty basic, especially if you've come from something like MS Project. Updates seem to be mainly focused on AI at the moment, which can be frustrating, especially when features the community has been asking for for a long time continue to get pushed. Would appreciate more transparency on the roadmap.
