We regularly experience problems opening documents (particularly Word and Excel), along with frequent freezing that requires restarting the software. There have also been instances where documents appear to save but are not actually saved in LEAP, requiring additional time to troubleshoot and locate or recreate work. For basically one billable hour per month per user I simply cannot afford NOT to have LEAP. It is such a phenomenally good Practice Management Software that makes my professional life so much easier and enjoyable\! And it continues to get better - with the advent of AI and LEAP's addition of "LawY" I have access to additional very powerful AI tools giving me very impressive AI drafting and legal research without any increase in the monthly subscription\! It even includes the option to have LawY's AI generated legal research verified by an actual lawyer - even that is included in the standard LEAP per user fee\! LEAP is very well supported in so many ways including product managers, free webinars, online training etc. > > **Cons**: No product is perfect, so there are always things that could be better. Including sometimes LEAP changing things that users do not necessarily want changed. One other minor thing is that there is one add on that costs extra - the ByLawyers Guide (currently $69 AUD per user per month extra). However, either all of your users have the add on, or none of your users have the add on.
