### "Impressive ability to visualize events" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: demoed the product and was immediately impressed with its capabilities.  It was reporting back to us in under 3 days miss-configurations and conflicts in the network.  There were some issues with the services on the collector however, their team received notifications of the errors and had fixes for them within a couple days.

> **Cons**: Ability to trigger a capture of video when critical accounts login to servers/workstations so that we have more than just a key stroke capture to go by.

> within days not weeks or months we were able to see issues within the environment and work to address them.  the ability to customize the alerts helped in tracking down improper use of accounts within the network and assisted in resolving lockouts that were occurring.
