> **Pros**: Market value and sponsorship pipeline are the greatest features of the software.  We feel confident about what we are proposing to potential sponsors.  It also gives us flexibility to make the offers we need to fit our work.  Having a pipeline of our work is important.

> **Pros**: The ability for our company to manage multiple event properties all in one place, with an easy to add CRM to add clients and prospects, has helped us significantly cut the time spent in the sales process to go from prospecting to proposal to agreement in just a couple of steps. Being able to manage the proposals by event property helps better the timeline to close. Their activation calendar created post agreement is such a unique feature that helps the event property coordinate with the sponsor/brand, any agencies and staff to make sure the event inventory is activated on the timeline set pre-event and event day, and that all parties know what they need to do to have a successful sponsorship.

> I really like how easy Help Get Sponsors allows our organization to maintain documentation of our proposals and contracts. It is an extremely useful tool to make sure all of our customer interactions are streamlined in one place. The customer service is excellent and very prompt. 

The software could use more flexibility in modifying the design and outlook of the proposals and contracts.

Sponsors like the fact they can see the value of each element of their contract/sponsorship. This gives the contract more credibility. If there is an issue or if you have a question, the staff at Help Get Sponsors are very helpful and fast to get back to you. This software is also very user friendly.
