The network alerting and detailed insight into the network has been extremely helpful for preventative troubleshooting. > > **Cons**: One of the concerns with Auvik is with the device credentials, more specifically SSH connections, as there are some CLI commands that do not translate well with Auvik, which leads to the occasional issue and has prevented the retrieval of configuration data. > > Overall, my experience with Auvik has been completely positive. It is a fantastic tool for network visibility and proactive monitoring. The user-friendly platform has provided us with real-time visibility to work faster through network issues. I have had some minor challenges with CLI parsing and credentials, but there are more positives than negatives to Auvik.
