Whenever i report an issue they fix it.&#10;Couldn't be happier.

> **Cons**: Notifications can get a little overwhelming for staff - I would love a better notifications system (but you can turn them off if you really want to).

> **Pros**: We love the ease of creating and publishing content for our Organization\! The admin side of managing our LMS is also very user-friendly. When we have run into technical issues or questions, the Customer Service response time and assistance have been amazing\!

Primarily, it saves the last filters used when a supervisor logged in, which can cause confusion the next time they log in, if they don't reset the filters. It is an added training step on our end for our users, because it's not intuitive that it saves the last filters... they just think the info is missing.

> We are still learning all the functionality available to us, but we've gotten great feedback from our users about how much they enjoy it\!
