It is really important to take this into consideration. When you start a business it will take a lot of communication with the website, app, software producers. A negative communication will hinder you significantly in achieving your goals. Lately I highlighted in a screenshot some website icons I needed to hide from the website. The instruction was very clear with picture and marked area for change but still get a negative attitude that instruction is not clear. I have no idea how to deal with this. In another line my website is on for 3 weeks now. My first request was to change the default logo name to the business name I intent to use, but here again I get a lot of negativity.
