Comments: I really like zoom it is my go to platforrm for making digital calls/connections.

Pros:

Ease of use...I do several meetings each week with people of all ages and rarely find that my customers have difficulty using

Cons:

Zoom is a bit data intensive relative to other platforms so if your customer does not have fast internet, they may have some problems.

Remote Workplace that Everyone Loves

Comments: Zoom has been the new norm. Everyone uses it and everyone seems to be loving it. My experience is not different. I like how I can share my screens, record meetings, share whiteboards, etc.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace is fantastic. For a reasonable price, the feature it allows is great. I really like the blur background and change background feature on meetings as it allows me to work from my room without showing everyone my room. Another thing I like is the way we can message participants before the meeting starts. It is also straightforward to setup.

Cons:

Sometimes people complain about not being able to join meetings, not being able to share screen or talk. I am not sure if this is due to an error by users or if it has to do with Zoom.

Could be better, could be worse

Comments: Overall, I think it’s good for most businesses.

Pros:

It’s flexibility and easily learned features.

Cons:

Some features don’t work like I would expect them to, Like the zoom in and speaker.

Good program

Comments: At one point I was holding a meeting with the entire family and we were talking remotely in a meeting room. My experience with the program was the most during the Corona crisis.

Pros:

I liked the direct call feature in meetings during Corona. It was very useful.

Cons:

In many meetings, there was a specific time for the meeting, and the meeting had to be closed to get us out of the meeting because the allotted time had ended. It was a bad thing.

Good but would Google Meet work the same for you?

Comments: I don't love the Zoom website where your information is stored and where you toggle items on and off. I don't think its user friendly. You also need a new license for each person who wants to be on your zoom account. This can be costly. I need my administrative assistant to have access to be able to provide zoom links on meetings but of course its an extra cost. So I just have her create the meeting and I add the zoom link later.

Pros:

Easy to use and integrates easily with Google email to add Zoom links easily to calendar invites. I like the polls you can integrate into the meetings.

Cons:

Google Meet looks to have the same meeting features but it's free. There seem to be a lot of things you can do on the Zoom platform, but if you just want to meet with clients, just use the free Google Meet that comes with a Gmail Account.

Great communication tool

Comments: Amazing tool to connect over internet especially when working remotely.

Pros:

Great tool to connect internally with team and externally with clients in real time.

Cons:

sometime gets audio and video technical issues when connecting. Then have to restart the application.

Zoom the team dream maker

Comments: Its been a wonderful and powerful tool with features to meet every need

Pros:

It effecfively and efficiently manages all our team meeting and remote training needs

Cons:

It can be a bit of a kearning vurve to learn to properly use

Zoom is great for businesses

Comments: Zoom is very easy to use. One of my favorite features is waiting room feature and admitting others. Zoom has good settings to control the meeting flow including pop up polls.

Pros:

I like that you can mute others when you are the host.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I don't like about zoom, we use it primary for external meeting.

Pros:

It's very user friendly and there are a lot of useful functions.

Cons:

The cost can be high to get a higher tier of membership.

Good for Business

Comments: Overall, good. It helps me to run my business effectively - serving clients, hosting events and making recordings that help me market my business.

Pros:

Team chats are accessible outside of the call and group call functions.

Cons:

Seems to glitch and have challenges with connectivity at times.

Zoom makes my world truly connected!

Comments: An amazing tool that allows me to connect with others all over the world.

Pros:

I love that I can have virtual meetings with my family and clients all over the world. Makes my world truly connected.

Cons:

On a few occasions, I have experienced technical difficulties like others not hearing me on the Zoom call even when the audio test shows that the microphone is working. Hasn't happened often but when it does it can be frustrating.

Comments: My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been smooth and efficient, with easy communication tools, though occasional connectivity issues could be improved.

Managing Business Through Zoom Workplace Remotely

Comments: I have control over my business and Zoom Workplace has given me power to control my business from anywhere in the world remotely.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace has helped me manage my business remotely. I can video call my employees at my convenient time and see for my self how business is going. I can also live stream to my customers and sell them my products online.

Cons:

Nothing, the platform is fine and amazing.

Best tool for video collaboration

Comments: It is highly positive because of the ease of implementation and use. The quality of the video is very good.

Pros:

It is a very user friendly tool which helps in remote connection. It integrates with various other tools easily and it has features like screen sharing, document and live chat. It has also 24/7 customer support.

Cons:

There is no major setback about this tool.

Zoom Workplace: Strong Connector for Remote Work

Comments: Very positive experience with Zoom Workplace and it's a product I use every day. I use it for anything from casual workplace calls to recorded webinar-style conversations and everything in-between. it's easy to access, use the features, and conduct business virtually with very few hiccups.

Pros:

The interface is easy-to-use and everything is self-explanatory. The cost is pretty low and it isn't a huge program that slows your computer down when it's running.

Cons:

Not as much a negative on Zoom but if your connection is bad, Zoom is pretty close to unusable. You have to ensure you have a strong connection to make sure the call and features work seamlessly.

Pros:

I have been using Zoom Workplace ever since my previous organization. How it combines file sharing, team collaboration and web conferencing capabilities is what I like most.

Cons:

However, freemium version lack some capabilities available on premium version.

Zoom Workplace: A Game Changer for Team work and remote Collaboration.

Comments: My peak of experience with Zoom Workplace has been affirmative because I have found that, it's reliable platform and user friendly platform for conducting Webinars, Zoom virtual meetings and day to day training sessions.

Pros:

What impressed me most about Zoom workplace includes it's ability for easy connecting with others and clients remotely, the convenience of virtual meetings ,the screen sharing feature and the overall user friendly interface which are ever perfect.

Cons:

Didn't like some technical glitches, connectivity issues and fatigue from long video meetings.

A Centralized Hybrid Workplace for A/V/W Conferencing

Pros:

Zoom Workplace has both on-premise and cloud-based programs which makes it super easy to conference on the go over the internet.

Cons:

Zoom Workplace is the cleanest of all web conferencing tools that I have ever tried.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace offers web conferencing capabilities which allows me to conduct company meetings online.

Cons:

I use Zoom Workplace on a daily basis and I do not come across flaws on my end.

Comments: Overall Zoom Workplace has been very reliable during meetings and has enhanced productivity as well as collaboration.

The best aspect of this platform its ease of use,video and audio clarity.I especially like the instant meeting feature which allows for a quick and seamless collaboration,making it a highly efficient tool for even remote work setting.

Cons:

The notification can be at times be a hindrance especially the sound when someone joins late it can interrupt presentations,and the notification can't easily be turned off.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace is the most robust tool for internal communications and video conferencing. It has a mobile application which works perfect for me when it comes to conducting online meetings.

Cons:

Apart from pricing which is exaggerated for SMEs, I do not have any other burning issue.

Comments: Sending and receiving large files online. Audio and video calls. Project collaboration.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace makes it super easy for me to coordinate with customers, colleagues and stakeholders through audio and video calls in real-time.

Cons:

Ever since ai started using Zoom Workplace, I have never come across issues and bugs on my end.

1. It makes everyone appear to be in one room, even though they are at different venues and locations physically. 2. Information can be disseminated pronto without delays 3. You can record every meeting

Cons:

1. Inability to record meetings when on free package. Storage capacity on the lower packages.

My Experience with Zoom

Comments: Zoom is the first conferencing platform that I used to conduct my virtual classes. I will continue to use it as a backup software.

Pros:

Zoom has lots of features that appeal to my young students. It is also very easy to navigate.

Cons:

Zoom is not a reliable conferencing platform. I don't like the quality of the picture, nor do I like the way it glitches.
