Weave - Lots of tool on One Platform

Comments: It has been an excellent experience. Really enjoy working with weave and they are receptive to new features.

Pros:

Lots of tools built in. Reminders, reviews, payments, texting, and phones.

Cons:

Analytics is not available for Eaglesoft yet. It'd be nice to have an even more all in one solution.

Weave is definately something I would recommend to anyone.

Comments: Overall I am happy with weave. I use it every day and what I use works beautifully. I am looking forward to being able to do more from this platform.

Pros:

I am excited to see them progress forward. I have already been wittness to the progression since our office first started weave about a year ago. The onboarding staff were amazing and very helpful.

Cons:

The fact that they were not fully intergrated at first. They say they are now, however, I think there are still several kinks to be ironed out. But that is usually the situation with any new intergration.

Works great, until it doesnt.

Pros:

Ease of implementation and use. Shipped hardware to our office, very little setup, almost plug and play. Rarely has issues with phones.

Cons:

Customer support is lacking in some concern. We started getting patients complaining about not getting sms messages. Looking into it, about 10-11% of all of our messages do not make it to the patients that want it. Over a month working with a support agent that can not / will not figure out the problem. Taking our office with combing through 1000s of sms messages to find ones that didnt go through. Get told that it has to do with how our website is setup. Fix that per their instructions. Nothing changed, and they refused to help or elaborate further. Contacted support over the phone and asked for a supervisor. They took my information and no one ever called of followed up. We will be switching to a new provider at this point.

Great System for your Business

Comments: I love it! It is by far, light years far, more useful than our previous MiTel system.

Pros:

Ease of implementation, the system is robust, and it can put up with me and our patients pounding away at it relentlessly all day.

Cons:

So far, I am not completely sold on the New Weave Experience. There are critical things that I can do in the Legacy App that I am unable to do in the New Experience.

Love Weave

Comments: Wonderful! Wouldn't have it any other way!

Pros:

We love weave, especially for confirming out patients appointments. We also love the texting feature on the app.

Cons:

We do not dislike anything about weave. So far so great.
