Being able to build detailed, multi-section inspection forms with conditional logic, photo capture, and custom scoring across different modules gave us a level of control we hadn't found elsewhere. The platform handles the full lifecycle well, from form submission through to corrective action assignment and close-out, which has meaningfully reduced the administrative overhead on our team. For a multi-division operation managing field inspections, incidents, and safe work documentation, having it all in one place has been a genuine operational improvement.

Building more complex form logic takes some persistence, and better in-platform guidance or a testing environment would help administrators get there faster. Easy to use and easy for our staff to access. From this we have built WHS, Compliance, Contractor Management, Chemical Management and Quality Improvements in the system as well as Injury Management.
