> **Pros**: Consensus really helps our pre-sales/sales engineering team share effortlessly with the wider (and large) sales organisation.  We tend to use Consensus in three different ways: (1) pre-demo 'Netflix Trailer' so that everyone is coming to the meeting informed on what they will see (2) up-selling modules/solutions that may be of interest to clients but are at exploratory stage (saving internal time and resource) and (3) post-demo follow ups.  It is slick and saves a lot of time as well as an effective knowledge sharing tool.  Very popular with the sales organisation as they do not have to rely on pre-sales all of the time.

> **Cons**: No dislikes - easy to use. Perhaps it could be easier to add in marketing visuals at the beginning of demonstrations, but this may be a lack of knowledge internally.

> Very positive - an integral part of our sales engineering function. The Account Managers are also very friendly and helpful. It is an easy to use platform and it allows us to share material easily and gage interest in quickly in what would other be a very manual and lengthy process.

> **Pros**: Honestly, how easy it is to spin up short, sharp demos and send them out. Being able to pull external prospects into the flow without any hassle has made follow-ups a breeze. It saves me a stack of time and gives me a clear read on who’s actually engaged.

> **Cons**: Nothing major - the only thing I’d like is a bit more flexibility in how I brand or personalise certain parts of the demo flow. Perhaps some drag and drop functionality for modules would be good, but that’s nitpicking.

> Really positive. It fits neatly into my workflow, takes the heavy lifting out of early-stage demos, and helps me qualify interest quickly. It’s one of those tools you forget you didn’t always have because it just makes the whole process smoother.

> **Cons**: A lot of typing initially to put through client's information. i believe it can be shorten. For example, i need a demo name almost twice. i believe this can be reduced.

> Overall the experience with consensus is good. being able to see real time updates weather a client has viewed your consensus is honestly fantastic. However, i think that there are too much clicking at the start before sending consensus through which can be a bit annoying if you are sending through to a lot of clients

> **Pros**: I absolutely love that I can track when prospects open up the videos and start watching them, as well as being able to see who they forward the link onto.  This is something that we haven't had prior to utilizing Consensus and it's been a big game changer for me. The content that our team is now able to upload for the video summaries for our platform is great\!  Sometimes it's all I need to close a sale and not have to schedule a full 90 minute interactive demo, which many clients appreciate.

> **Pros**: It saves a lot of time and helps quicken the sales process. I will use it to send overviews to prospects for meeting prep as well as follow up material.

> **Cons**: The demo board feature can be a hassle, but it's needed to be able to track video analytics. Rather than a simple copy and paste or sending to multiple people from different organizations at once, you have to create a unique demo board for every video you send.
> 
> It's been a huge help in the overall sales cycle. It helps my clients be better equipped to have meaningful conversations. I am able to send information that might not have been addressed or perhaps missed due to time constraints on calls. It also allows for easy sharing and can access stakeholders that are crucial for the sales process.
