> **Pros**: My favorite thing about this software is that it has helped me provide context-specific help for visitors to my website. No matter how well organized you think your website is, folks can still get confused. Helppier helps you create adorable pop ups that actually HELP people.

> **Cons**: This didn't bother me, but it seems like all message pop ups used a very similar aesthetic which is indeed cute, but might not be everyone's cup of tea. Like a funeral home might like something a little more solemn looking.
