> We have been using Note Dashboard for over 6 months now and it is an excellent tool for managing note investments. The ability to generate letters, update information, and communicate with other staff members has made an easy transition from using strictly email or a spreadsheet. I personally like the ability to go back and review any information and the ability to track conversations I've had with various parties.  Also, if another employee needs to update an account, they can do so.  SInce Note investing is so complex and requires many steps, this is an excellent tool to keep you organized. I highly recommend using this software.
